Summer is here but its not too late

23/8/2016

The Summer is now most definitely here, its wonderful that when we are driving around on the weekdays and weekends that we see children, families and groups of friends all outside and enjoying what the weather brings.   So many of the wonderful parks, commons, woodlands and open spaces that Woking and Guildford have to offer are being regularly used which is lovely to see.

Our own customers are also now in full swing of enjoying their garden creations and many have got in touch with us to thank us for the work that we have completed for them this year.

One of the big trends we have seen this year is to have this inside out look and feel to a garden.  This is not really a new concept to the landscaping world however it is something that we are being asked for more and more and so we thought that we would give you our thoughts upon the different types of outside Living areas that are good food for thought ideas for you.

So here it is, the Landscape Gardeners Woking official thoughts:
Picture
Outdoor BBQ areas:

The ability to have a bbq, entertain and cook at the same time without leaving your guests to chat amongst themselves is such a great facility to have and these days there are some very simple and cost effective solutions that you can come up with and a landscape gardener can build for you.

Although in the picture above we can see some really nice stone worktops, with top of the range equipment and fire, all of which gives such a lovely ambiance when you are sitting outside.  There are still some elements that you can quite simply look to do to have a similar finish and setting in your garden.

A pagoda gives a really nice structural setting to your garden and also provides some excellent shade for those that need it in the middle of the day time.  Also at night time the pagoda allows you to simply hang some outside lights which is essential so that you can stay outside late into the evening.

Over that past 2-3 months we have installed numerous decking areas to gardens in Woking, often our customers who have medium to large gardens do not wander down to the end of their gardens which are often so peaceful in the evenings and away from the hustle and bustle of a busy working life/television & children.  By creating a simple decking platform/area for them to have some outside furniture and perhaps a small wine fridge, they can easily escape without leaving their own home.

Here is some feedback from one of our customers in Chobham:

"Neil and the team were fantastic, they understood the brief completely and have now provided us with a wonderful area in our garden where we can relax at the end of an evening or with friends at the weekend.  They did such a professional job and left the garden so clean and tidy at the end of each working day.  I will be highly recommending Neil and the rest of the landscape gardening working team to all of my friends, often I dont need to as they ask who did it anyway.  Thanks Guys"

So just remember that because we are now in the middle of the summer, it doesn't ever mean that you cant do the projects that you have had in your mind to do all of these years.

If you have a project or want to talk to us about your garden in general, give us a call.
